I wanted to do my own version of the coat of arms of Hogwarts, sticking closer to the book and to heraldic rules.
The animals are based on existing ones, for example, Hufflepuff's badger is based on the bear of Berne. I really like how the Gryffindor lion turned out, as well as the Ravenclaw eagle. Slytherin's snake caused me the most trouble but I guess I can live with it now
