Koopa Koot
in New Paper Mario style.

Koopa Koot is an old Koopa that lives in Koopa Village. He used to travel around the world with Goompa and Bootler, but nowaday he needs Mario to do favors for him.
He is also a huge fan of Luigi.

Great redoing of Koopa Koot here - the annoying Koopa's quests were tedious!
I think his arm is a bit too small but overall it's fantastic!

I based his arm on Mayor Kroop's arm, which is exactly as small.

Ah, good one! That's a good idea. Although it seems the older koopas get the smaller their arms are? xD

Great job! The color you chose for the skin pigment works well. Never liked that orange hue on PM64 Koopas.
