The hero of the Paper Mario series.
Mario has to rescue Princess Peach who was kidnapped by Bowser.
Because his brother Luigi has to keep an eye on the house, Mario finds help from several partners.

(Yes, I know he looks just like the Mario from TTYD and SPM, but that's the point. I don't claim to have designed him or anything, it's merely to show how he used to look and how he will look in my texture pack.)
